What the warranty covers
Coverage applies to fixture and driver failures under normal operating conditions for the rated voltage and environment. Warranty length varies by product, so see spec sheets for eligibility. Every claim runs straight through us, start to finish.
How to file a claim
- Email Howdy photos of the lights and a photo of the part number.
- Bring the bad fixture back to the warehouse.
- Howdy swaps it out and sends you home with a new one.
